The Twin Cannon is a weapon from doblons.io. It is upgraded from the Dual Cannon. It has 2 barrels on the front. Unlike the Gatling Cannons, the barrels are wider. You can have two of these as a tier 3-stage weapon.
Strategies[]
- The Twin Cannons are for those who want high DPS (damage per second) without the use of Swivel Cannons. They have a bullet output like a mix of Swivel Cannon and Gatling Cannon.
- It's also a mix of crowd control and focus firing, when used with regular side cannons. Players just can't avoid the salvos.
- Don't hesitate to go for low-powered bosses. Twin Cannons tend to finish them off quickly.
- Avoid players with the ultra ram, if they get close, you are not likely to kill them before they kill you!
Trivia[]
- The twin cannon's name came from the old Dual Cannon. The dual cannon was called the twin cannon at the time.
- In the v4.9 update, the developer said, "you can also have two dual cannons". This was supposed to be two twin cannons, making this one of the dev's rare mistakes.
- For some reason, if you use the Glass skin and upgrade to the Twin Cannons, your skin will change. However, your fleet will stay the same. The same applies to the Ghostly skin.
